What we collect
If you send a briefing, we collect your name, email address, organisation name if provided, and the content of your message. We also receive technical logs that a hosting provider may store (IP address, browser type, date and time of request).
Why we use it
We use briefing data to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial proposal. The lawful basis is our legitimate interests in operating a software publishing and digital product distribution business, and, where you tick the consent box, your consent to that use. You may withdraw consent by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful use.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a contract is formed, in which case records follow the retention required for that contract and UK legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Hosting, email and professional advisers may process data on our instructions. If a transfer outside the United Kingdom is required, we will use an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK data protection law.
Your rights
