Project 01 · Jade
Meridian catalogue release
A UK software publisher moved from ad-hoc downloads to a licensed catalogue. Named environments, renewal records and a single provision path reduced first enterprise seating by forty days.
Programme names are internal. Client identities remain under contract. Each case is a different material relationship between product, licence and environment.

Project 02 · Walnut
SaaS solutions issued as governed tenancies. Licence keys mapped to identity so finance and operations could read the same subscription state. Walnut-weight programme: commercial terms first, platform second.
Project 03 · Porcelain
Database development for a buyer holding prepackaged software across three business units. The visual is mostly record and language; the image is a small, precise insert.
Project 04 · Coral interruption
API development between a publisher catalogue and a procurement system. Orders create licences; licences create builds. The coral field marks the point where two organisations had to agree on a single event.
Project 05 · Midnight
Cybersecurity controls around signed artefacts, restricted endpoints and auditable delivery for a regulated operations team. The programme concludes in midnight: fewer surfaces, a complete trail.
